Can I order vegetarian food?
Yes. We do serve vegetarian options and can accommodate certain special dietary requirements. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare for a more enjoyable dining experience.
Is wifi available?
Yes, WiFi connection is available on board but have limited internet connectivity throughout the itinerary due to the area and the karst limestone and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites.
Is there a surcharge for the extra bed?
Yes. There is a surcharge for extra beds.
Are pets allowed onboard?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the boat.
Can I stay onboard instead of joining the excursions?
Sure. You are welcome to stay on board if you are not joining our excursions.
Do I need to bring an adapter?
All cruises use an electric supply of 220 volts/50Hz and have 3 most typical electric outlets which are type A, C, and F. Since there is not a grounding hole available, you should bring an adapter for more convenience.
Are all meals included?
Yes. All meals are included in the tour. Specifically, there are 01 breakfast, 02 lunches, 01 dinner for 2D1N programs, and 02 breakfasts, 03 lunches, 02 dinners for 3D2N programs.
Can I join the cruise if I have seasickness?
Halong Bay is generally calm, so guests rarely experience strong motion onboard. The cruise may move slightly during storms or tropical monsoons, but the surrounding limestone islands help reduce the impact compared with open waters.
If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend bringing suitable medication and informing our crew if you feel unwell. They will be happy to assist you.
What time should I arrive at the port?
The check-in time at the port is between 11:00 and 11:45 am.
How much luggage can I bring onboard?
There is no luggage restriction onboard. However, guests are advised to bring as little luggage as possible to save space in the transport (if using shared transport) and in the cabin on the ship.
Do we need to bring a visa or passport for the tour?
Yes. Please bring your valid passport when cruising with us.
