Is transfer from Hanoi included in the price?

The transfer cost is $30/person/round trip - we will pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter. If you stay outside of the Old Quarter, you can visit our cruise office at 13 Nguyen Huu Huan street to be picked up.

We also provide private transfer on request.

What can I do while on board?

We are built a cruise ship that we believe you will leave no time for idle: there are always something for you to do: watching TV, taking time for jacuzzi, spa service, learning to make Vietnamese food in our cooking class session, to name a few.

If you have children, make sure you take advantage of our open sun deck to take them unique photos - they can also make an ideal playground as well.

Is there any age restriction for sailing with Signature Cruise?

We do not have any age restriction for travelers and would welcome the opportunity to serve you all. However, we would require doctor's letter or confirmation in case:

- You have heart disease

- You are over 32 week pregnant

- Any other conditions that may affect your trip

How can I pay for the trip?

We currently accept the following payment method for deposit:

Credit cards: credit card payment is completely secure on our website - we accept major cards such as VISA, MASTER, AMEX

Bank transfer: we accet bank transfer for residents and expats living in Vietnam only. You can contact us for bank details.

Cash: you can pay us by cash - we will collect the cash at your hotel or preferred meeting place upon mutual agreement.
 

Note: If payment is made by credit cards, it will be subject to a credit card processing fee of 3%.

Can I request seafood-free meals?

We are able to cater to any of your food request, including seafood-free, vegetarian, vegan and kids' meal. Please send us your dietary preference when completing the guest information form.

How long in advance should I make the reservation

We suggest that you book as early as you can since at the moment, we run only 12 cabins and our cruise often sold out quickly. Please contact us: info@signaturecruise.com for further information.

What if I want to cancel my booking

When you decide that you need to cancel your booking, please notify us immediately by email. We do not accept cancellation notice by phone or any other means for verification reason.
